Hi, I’m SK, a licensed real estate broker and appraiser with RE/MAX ARYA. I help buyers, sellers, and property owners navigate real estate in Baguio, Benguet, and beyond with clear guidance and personal attention.
I’ve worked in Philippine real estate since 2016, building on earlier experience supporting international real estate professionals. That background has shaped how I work: listening carefully, explaining the options, and paying attention to the details that matter.
